Felipe Pacheco has been active in the Utah Real Estate industry for 25 years, both as a loan originator, mortgage broker and founder of a mortgage company, as well as a realtor, real estate broker and founder of a real estate brokerage.

He has consistently ranked among the top performers in both industries while maintaining a keen understanding and innate grasp on business development within those spheres. Felipe has chosen to begin brokerages not only to further his own professional development, but in an effort to help create environments that are conducive to the professional growth of emerging and expanding professionals.

Felipe is driven by the unique success of helping other people reach their goals, and strives to provide an atmosphere where agents and lenders can develop their ideals and maintain standards of excellence.

Felipe lives locally with his husband and CEO of Avanti Mortgage, Jordan Campagna, and their two far-too-quickly growing teenage children. They enjoy spending time as a family, traveling, golfing, and camping.
